I’ve been a long time contributor to AllTrails and have decided to share some of our family hiking adventures, many geared toward families and National Parks. As John Muir once said in 1901, “Thousands of tired, nerve-shaken, over-civilized people are beginning to find out that going to the mountains is going home; that wildness is a necessity; and that mountain parks and reservations are useful not only as fountains of timber and irrigating rivers, but as fountains of life.” I’m a firm believer in experiencing God’s country and want to share some special places in North America.
